Automate payroll processing

General Description

The Payroll Module supports automated calculation and processing of monthly salary based on complex salary models and calculations, with flexibility to incorporate specific country regulative for tax requirements, employment type or any other parameter.

Within integration with the HR Module, the Payroll Module automatically generates employee data based on employee agreement details, with consideration of salary allowances and deductions to be included in the salary calculation.

The automated monthly salary calculation besides country-specific regulative for gross salary, can include Client-specific rules as it is health insurance, pension insurance rates, or other rates, daily effective work hours, number of workdays, income tax exemption and any other parameter, all presented in the required format based on the Public Revenue Office.

After the calculation is generated, the transactions are automatically processed in the General Ledger Module, on predefined posting accounts. Summarized results can be conveniently analyzed in predefined, structured reports containing comprehensive information about processed salaries in period, per branches, municipalities or if there is any need for additional parameters analyzes, new reports can be flexibly defined with the integrated Dynamic Report Generator (DRG).
